As of Sunday 27th 2007, AAC_Minuteman is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. This promotion is taking effect immediately.
AAC Charter "chain of Command" was calling for it as our XO should have this rank.
But even without that technicality, Minuteman's dedication to the AAC is in itself sufficient incentive to do so.
His promotion was proposed by me, seconded by AAC-smilo, during a reunion where quorum was met. The vote was unanimous in favor, AAC_Minuteman abstaining.
Col. AAC_Humblesprout being absent for a while, I was bestowed with the honor of announcing that well-deserved promotion.
Long live our new Lt.-Col. AAC_Minuteman!
